bincxz	33918a2433	fix(et): show the ET server port in the connection dialog ... Copilot review: for an ET host the connection dialog displayed host.port (the SSH port, e.g. 22), but ET connectivity hinges on the etserver port (host.etPort, default 2022). Showing 22 is misleading when a connection is actually stuck on the ET port. Display etPort (falling back to 2022) for ET hosts instead.
