chore(xterm): rely on upstream webgl atlas fixes, lower default scrollback

Bump @xterm/* betas so shared-atlas clear (#6055 ), no-mipmap upload
(#5987 ), and capacity eviction (#6043 ) ship in addon-webgl. Replace the
local isolation/backport postinstall mutator with a verify-only gate.
Default new-terminal scrollback to 3000 (closer to VS Code's 1000).
