Add Duplicate Session as an explicit fresh-login alternative to Copy Tab. Keep authenticated transport reuse for Copy Tab and double-clicks, preserve fresh intent across session restoration, and avoid sending a previous target's directory command to a fresh bastion login.
Verified with focused and full tests, lint/build, independent local reviews, and real Electron menu operations against a local SSH server.

The Vault notes rich editor parses note content as MDX. Some valid
CommonMark is not valid MDX — most commonly an unbalanced angle tag such
as `mysql -h <host> -u <user>` written in prose. When mdxeditor fails to
import the markdown it clears the lexical document and only reports the
failure through its onError callback, which netcatty never wired up. The
note then rendered as an empty editor with just the placeholder, while
the content was still intact in the vault (export/copy still worked).
This is exactly the note-view half of #3167: the AI wrote a skill
document into Vault → Notes, the note showed no content, and exporting
it produced a complete markdown file.
The editor now listens to MDXEditor's onError and falls back to the raw
markdown source view with a short notice, so the content is always
visible (and editable) instead of silently blank. Recovery is
deterministic: switching note or editor mode retries the rich import,
and the notice offers an explicit retry.

'sftp.fileName' read 檔名稱 and its placeholder 輸入檔名稱, which are both
missing a character — the term is 檔案名稱. Every other locale spells it
out (File name / 文件名称 / Имя файла / Nombre del archivo), and the
sibling folder keys directly above already use 資料夾名稱.
Visible in the SFTP "New file" dialog.
zh-TW was missing 78 keys. I18nProvider resolves a missing zh-TW key
through the base "zh" language, and that lookup matches zh-CN first in
MESSAGES_BY_LOCALE, so Traditional Chinese users saw Simplified Chinese
for the whole App Lock surface rather than an English fallback.

dialog.createWorkspace.title, field.selectHosts, placeholder.searchHosts

zh-TW now covers every key present in en and zh-CN.
