System Manager terminal popups receive config immediately after loadURL.
AppLockGate used to withhold children until async lock state resolved,
so onTerminalPopupConfig could miss the one-shot IPC. Force-render the
popup route and keep the last preload config for late remounts.
Defer first App mount (and rendererReady) for any lock reason so
background/idle locks cannot deliver ssh:// connects behind the overlay.
Wait indefinitely for renderer readiness and re-queue failed deliveries so
startup unlock after the old 15s timeout no longer drops deep links. Queue
renderer-side deep links while already-mounted sessions re-lock.
