bincxz 1d18ca9761 Address bugbot findings for script wait and connect lifecycle. ...

Use tail-fresh matching instead of script-start baseline so waitForPrompt
still works while stale scrollback no longer satisfies waitFor (#1776).
Defer subscribeScriptRuns notifications, pre-check terminal runs, and
run pending connect scripts when an earlier connect batch fails without retry.
