LaiYueJi 42211fb432 feat(i18n): add Traditional Chinese (zh-TW) locale ...

Add Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) translations, derived from zh-CN and
adapted to Taiwan terminology and phrasing (e.g. 軟體/網路/設定/工作階段/
檔案/連接埠/伺服器). Register zh-TW in messages.ts and append it to
SUPPORTED_UI_LOCALES so it appears in the language selector.
