  not 'independent' — correct the inaccurate wording.
- Spec/plan: Copy Tab sits after Rename, matching the session-tab menu order.
- useSessionState: document the sessionIdMap-completeness precondition behind
  the buildCopiedWorkspace 'as string' casts.
