bincxz a3eae4d2ca fix(terminal): defer only IPC acks, not renderer flow.written ...

Deferred batching must not inflate renderer pendingBytes after xterm
has already parsed output; only main-process IPC ACKs are batched.
Flush/teardown/prioritize paths now emit deferred IPC without double
counting flow.written.
