bincxz c87f488553 fix(ai): keep history markdown warmup off the first-type window ...

A 300ms initial delay let ChatMessageList start the Streamdown import
while the user was still opening the panel to type. Restore the 4s
expand grace and drop a pending Shiki plugin setState if the message
unmounts before the idle callback lands.
